MachinariaLLC operates FacilitateHub, an internal HR and IT operations platform. This policy explains how FacilitateHub handles information when it uses the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Information we process

We may process an employee or candidate's name and business or personal phone number, WhatsApp message identifiers and delivery status, messages sent to our business number, and the company group invitation links included in onboarding messages.

How we use information

We use this information to send required onboarding group invitations, confirm message delivery, support employees, and document completion of internal boarding work. We do not sell WhatsApp information or use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared with Meta as necessary to deliver WhatsApp messages. It may also be processed by our hosting, security, and IT service providers solely to operate and protect FacilitateHub.

Retention and security

We retain records only for as long as needed for operational, security, legal, and audit purposes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, credential isolation, and audit logging to protect the information.

Your choices

You may decline a group invitation. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information handled through this integration, contact support@facilitateint.com or follow our data deletion instructions.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
